  20. Well, NET2 and 386BSD (based on NET2) are currently freely distributable,
  21. according to the folks at UCBerkeley.  Until such time as USL asks for
  22. and is granted an injunction against the distribution of NET2 sources,
  23. they can be copied anywhere.  BSDI *is* a different kettle of fish,
  24. however, as their license agreement says you cannot distribute their
  25. source.    So Joe's request is reasonable in 2 of the 3 items he cites.
