  12.     I am also having problems bringing up 386bsd 0.1 on a DOS disk
  13. that contains two DOS 5.0 partitions.  I have succeeded in bringing up
  14. the system when I gave it the entire disk (I was able to ftp
  15. bindist/bin01*; extract did not terminate after 1 hr, but the system
  16. behaved properly), but when I try part of the disk, install goes fine,
  17. but when I reboot from the hard disk, the boot messages come up, and
  18. then a message about copying 1 Meg of memory somewhere (it always
  19. disappears before I can decipher it), and the machine reboots again
  20. and again and again.

  22.     I would appreciate advice from anyone who has succeeded in
  23. installing 386BSD 0.1 on a hard disk (Maxtor 4380 with ESDI controller,
  24. AMI 486 Mk? motherboard with 8 Mb, ATI VGAwonder board) that contains
  25. two (or even one) DOS 5.0 partition.
