  25. Consider the action analogous to putting pressure on advertisers who
  26. sponsor some offensive TV show or whatever. In this case it's even
  27. more significant as USL is closely-held (i.e. not openly traded on the
  28. stock market.)

  30. AT&T has a big vote on whether or not USL pursues the lawsuit. So do
  31. other large USL shareholders (who are they?)
