- [I work for AT&T, not USL. I am not making any judgements, or even stating
- my beliefs.]
-
- When you tell the AT&T sales resp why you are switching service to another
- vendor this information DOES get written down, and this data is tabulated
- and forwarded up the ladder. I really have no idea if this data has any
- impact on anyone (I'm just a lowly software developer :->), but it DOES
- NOT go into the bit-bucket. A complaint lodged through this channel will
- have at least as much impact as a letter (it may have more, because it
- gets directly into the appropriate channels this way).
-
- So if you decide to switch vendors, be sure to tell AT&T the reason why.
- It may help your cause in the long run. I can only hope that you will
- switch back if things are resolved to your satisfaction.
