  27. great idea (doing this at the same time you change your long distance

  67. I called up USL's Investor Relations and they said that %60-%70 of USL's
  68. stock belongs to AT&T, but it is hard to get more info than that since USL
  69. is private.  FYI USL's Investor Relations phone number is 908-522-6264 and
  70. the person to talk it is Ry Schwark.
