- AT&T is still the majority owner of USL though. I believe they own
- 55% of USL, although that figure could just be my imagination. In
- this case, any harm against AT&T would cause them to exert pressure
- on USL to change. And any harm against USL would mean less profit
- for AT&T. Sounds pretty well connected to me.

- More directly, I am not upgrading from Esix 4.0.3a to Esix 4.0.4.
- I don't know how much in the way of licensing USL loses from this,
