  16. AT&T is still the majority owner of USL though.  I believe they own
  17. 55% of USL, although that figure could just be my imagination.  In
  18. this case, any harm against AT&T would cause them to exert pressure
  19. on USL to change.  And any harm against USL would mean less profit
  20. for AT&T.  Sounds pretty well connected to me.

  24. More directly, I am not upgrading from Esix 4.0.3a to Esix 4.0.4.
  25. I don't know how much in the way of licensing USL loses from this,
  26. but it's probably substantial.
