  30. Sun uses USL code and pays all of the necessary licensing fees to do
  31. so.  The same is true of all of the other major vendors of UNIX based
  32. systems.

  34. Since NET2 is (supposed to be) free of AT&T/USL code BSDI doesn't pay
  35. such fees to USL for the right to sell it.

  37. BSDI is the first company to sell (rather than give away) a system
  38. based upon NET2 sources.  That is, no doubt, one of the major reasons
  39. that they were singled out for this suit.
