  16. demand of BSDI customers if they win the case?  Can they force them to all
  17. pay licensing fees?  Destroy all BSDI materials?  Scary thoughts for
  18. customers.  By the way, for those who haven't read the interrogatory,
  19. USL is asking for a list of all customers, and any others who received
  20. BSDI promotional materials.  Blech.
