- Hello 386BSD'ers:
-
- After many hours rebuilding kernels, etc.. the time came for me to uninstall
- 386BSD so that I can continue with my work (arg!!). Anyway, I just tried
- reinstalling DOS. I was able to produce a DOS partition (386BSD occupied my
- entire disk), format it and install the dos system onto it. When I then tried
- to reboot the machine off of the hdisk (thus DOS), my system can no longer
- boot off of the hdisk! It simply resets again and again after trying....
-
- Could it be that the some part of the 386BSD boot strap on the hdisk is still
- there? When I fdisked the hdisk in DOS everthing seemed to work fine.
-
- Any help, comments would be appreciated.
