  13. Hello 386BSD'ers:

  15. After many hours rebuilding kernels, etc.. the time came for me to uninstall
  16. 386BSD so that I can continue with my work (arg!!).  Anyway, I just tried
  17. reinstalling DOS. I was able to produce a DOS partition (386BSD occupied my
  18. entire disk), format it and install the dos system onto it. When I then tried
  19. to reboot the machine off of the hdisk (thus DOS), my system can no longer
  20. boot off of the hdisk! It simply resets again and again after trying....
  21.  
  22. Could it be that the some part of the 386BSD boot strap on the hdisk is still
  23. there? When I fdisked the hdisk in DOS everthing seemed to work fine.
