  13. First, many thanks to Bill and Lynne for an outstanding effort.

  15. A few of us are trying to organize a group purchase of motherboards to run
  16. 386bsd on.  (The list is 386bsd-mothers@cs.athabascau.ca, btw)  We're thinking
  17. maybe EISA, and have heard that the Adaptek EISA/SCSI card has been used
  18. successfully in "ISA mode".  We're plotting to get an extra board for Bill and
  19. Lynne, so they'll have something to work with EISA on...(pretty clever, huh?).
  20. If somebody could confirm that a 1742B does in fact work with 386bsd, we'd
  21. sure appreciate it.  Thanks.
