- This is not correct - you are right that MacOS running in native mode does
- not use DMA (or so I hear), but A/UX does. MacOS running as a process
- under A/UX should therefore use DMA too, indirectly, since the A/UX drivers
- handle the disk i/o.

- Your conclusions are probably correct for native MacOS, but if the system
- is to be used for A/UX the situation is different.
