- As of late May, the IIfx upgrade was still available, for a list price of
- $2599. You should be able to get if for about $2000, like Jim said.

- IMHO, however, the Daystar path is a better one. It goes directly through
- the processor socket, replacing the existing 030 on the IIx, plus you
- don't have to worry about the oddness of the IIfx. Daystar is also good
- with respect to customer support.
