  18. As of late May, the IIfx upgrade was still available, for a list price of      
  19. $2599. You should be able to get if for about $2000, like Jim said.

  21. IMHO, however, the Daystar path is a better one. It goes directly through
  22. the processor socket, replacing the existing 030 on the IIx, plus you
  23. don't have to worry about the oddness of the IIfx. Daystar is also good
  24. with respect to customer support.
