  12. I just grabbed the version of telnet on wuarchive.  The FAQ suggested 
  13. getting this version because of a bug in the shipped version.  I installed
  14. the new files and I am having some problems.  When I telnet in, I get some
  15. random characters every once in a while.  Does anyone else have this 
  16. problem?
