- Hmm.. the drives work with AmigaOS2.04 and they just show up as regular
- harddrives on our workstations. I can think of 2 caveats when using
- them under AmigaUNIX.

- Since the media is removable one may have to manually clear unit attentition
- condition after inserting a disk (f.e. by reading from the raw device).

- And since the formatting options are non-standard on some drives
- (I know about Sony drives) you may have difficulties to low-level
- format the media and to handle bad block replacement. However,
- low-level formatting isn't needed on magneto-optical media unless
- someone has damaged the sector headers and both operations can
- be done under AmigaOS.
