  19. All are supported by PHIGS, though not all functions will work on the 2D
  20. displays.  GL supports only the 3D adapters (Sabine, GT4/4x, GTO).  
  21. With the current release of AIX (3.2.2) the GT4/4x provide the best X
  22. performance of the 3D displays.  We're working on improving GTO X performannce.

  24. Of the 2D adapters, the GT1 (220 only) and GT3 are both faster than the 
  25. original Skyway board for X.  The GT1 and GT3 have "different" performance,
  26. without my being able to say that one is faster than the other.
