  10. On both 3.1 and 3.2 initial install, I had to raise maxuproc so I could
  11. have lots of windows open at once etc.  When I installed 3.2, I made my
  12. system backup before I raised maxuproc.  Then I raised it, and all was
  13. well.

  15. A few days later I had a hardware failure that damaged the disk, and I
  16. had to reinstall from the backup tape.  I tried to raise maxuproc again,
  17. to no avail.  SMIT shows that maxuproc has been raised, but I'm still
  18. limited to just over 40 process, even though maxuproc now says 400.
