- I kept getting empty mail from a user to the address "News"; after the
- third time, I finally asked him why. He said he never sent mail to me.

- It turns out amidst other typos, he'd typed "*" by itself
- occasionally; the wildcard matched to `Mail News' (two subdirectories,
- the only two things in his home directory). He'd been using ^D to get
- out of it.
