  26. Every time I try to retrieve files on ftp.uu.net, I consistently get the

  32. I am unable to download at this point.  I've tried turing.com, but
  33. there is any incredibly slow (approx 300 b/s) transfer rate to there
  34. from here.  What is my problem with ftp.uu.net?
