  12.     I just ftp-ed a copy of xlife from mit but I am a
  13. completely clueless user.  Won't someone please take pity
  14. on a computer-illiterate and tell me s-l-o-w-l-y how to
  15. get this thing up and running?
  16.     BTW, I've already undecoded and untared it and I 
  17. am very proud of that accomplishment.  Start from there.
