  11. I'm going to take some constructive criticism in public (something I don't
  12. enjoy).  For lack of a question mark in the referenced subject line, it
  13. has been pointed out that the nature of my problem is unclear.
  14. I ask:  IS TeX/PicTeX a good tool for
  15. the demanding technical user to employ in the production of 10-20 page
  16. technical manuscripts which must be camera-ready at the publisher?
  17. If not, are there any truly robust TeX-based alternatives?
