  22. Grab a copy of the TeX Macro Index and search for the keyword and look
  23. at the entry for chappg.sty.  It does what you want.

  25. The TeX Macro Index can be gotten by anonymous ftp from
  26. theory.lcs.mit.edu in the file tex/TeX-index.  To obtain a copy by
  27. mail, send a message to archive-server@theory.lcs.mit.edu containing
  28. the line "send tex TeX-index".
