- Is there a style for Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Mathematics
- (perhaps from Springer themselves)? They have special requirements
- for the size of the text-area of the pages, and I am curious as to
- whether anyone has worked out a comprehensive style for these
- publications. Simply setting the \textheight and \textwidth in LaTeX
- to their values produces horrible results. In addition their
- 'svsa.sty' sheets do not seem to be appropriate.
