  11. Is there a style for Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Mathematics
  12. (perhaps from Springer themselves)? They have special requirements 
  13. for the size of the text-area of the pages, and I am curious as to
  14. whether anyone has worked out a comprehensive style for these 
  15. publications. Simply setting the \textheight and \textwidth in LaTeX
  16. to their values produces horrible results. In addition their 
  17. 'svsa.sty' sheets do not seem to be appropriate.
