- |it's Postscript you can always use psxlate to print odd/even pages.

- I believe Rokicki's dvidvi will separate odd/even pages. Angus Duggan's
- psselect from psutils will do this at the PostScript level.

- Finally, if you don't care for convention, you could do what I
- sometimes do: print half of the pages, then put the paper back in for
- the second half. You then read the pages in this sequence: all the
- upward facing pages, then flip the entire document over and continue.
- I actually find this easier to read than alternating between sides.

- I don't know if there's a name for this collating mode, but it reminds
- me of the 78 rpm record stacks (for those who are old enough to
- remember 78 rpm or even records).
