- I've used 'theapa' version 2.5, recently announced by Young U. Ryu
- to do some of what you describe. It may solve all your wishes--I don't
- know. Look for it on niord.shsu.edu in [.sty], I believe. Niord is
- maintained by the very kind George Greenwade.
