- i thought i'd try to install mf on my unix machine because
- i need to do the conversion .mf -> .gf and inimf doesn't
- seem to do it (maybe someone can explain the diff b/w mf and
- inimf?). i don't have the metafont book.
-
- anyway, so i went into the uwashington site (byron something)
- and the readme file said that the utilityfonts tar file has
- the source code for mf.
- these are the dir i got by untarring utilityfons.tar:
-
- bases/
- black/
- committee/
- gf/
- gray/
- half/
- list
- logo/
- manualfonts/
- mfbook/
- pk/
- slant/
-
- it's not obvious to me where the source code is. most of the files are
- of the .mf type. can someone explain?
