  22.     ftp.uni-stuttgart.de
  23. and get all the files in the directory
  24.     soft/tex/latex-supported/multicolumn/*
  25. which include the utility 'docstrip.tex'.  This utility converts .doc
  26. to .sty files (just by stripping off comments and adding some copyright
  27. stuff at the beginning, it seems to me).
