- Yup. We noticed this. I read the release notes that came with
- Interleaf 5.2 and found a paragraph that says because automatic
- refresh took too much time, Interleaf decided to remove it. So,
- anytime that you add or delete files, you need to do Custom->Refresh
- to have Interleaf look at the actual directory. Drives the users here
- at GenRad crazy. I get a call about once a month that says "I just
- copied a file and I can't find it in Interleaf".

- Also, remember that the icons are actually the .@files and if you do
- not delete those at the operating system level, a Custom->Refresh
- still displays them. If you try to open then, you get an error
- stickup, and if you do props, you find out they are incomplete files.
- You can, cut or Custom->Expunge the icons.
