- Wouldn't it be possible to just create a new document with the desired
- sizes
- and then open the original and copy all the page information over?

- Alternately, I've seen a description of how to change MASTER page sizes,
- by
- creating a new document and then using formats from that document into
- your
- original. Haven't tried it, though.
