  51. Wouldn't it be possible to just create a new document with the desired
  52. sizes
  53. and then open the original and copy all the page information over?

  55. Alternately, I've seen a description of how to change MASTER page sizes,
  56. by
  57. creating a new document and then using formats from that document into
  58. your
  59. original.  Haven't tried it, though.
