  12. We have FrameMaker 3.0 on a DECstation running Ultrix and X.

  14. This version of FrameMaker has an overly complicated licence server.
  15. After rebooting the system, the licence server process refused to autostart,
  16. telling me:

  18. ***ERROR: Can't access /usr/frame/.fminit2.0/frameusers because
  19. Permission denied.

  21. I don't get the meaning of this, because there are no access restrictions
  22. on this file.

  24. Could anyone tell me how the licence server process can be made to start
  25. correctly?
