  33. You can save the file as a MIF file and take the paragraph catalog
  34. from there. I thought there was a way to filter MIF output, but I can't
  35. remember how to do it. You can always open up a blank document, and use
  36. "formats from" to select just the paragraph catalog, then save that
  37. as a MIF file.
