  11. Please could someone point me to some source that has similar functionality
  12. to refer/addbib/lookbib etc. It seems that the refer stuff has not been
  13. cleaned of AT&T code so its not in the BSD source distribution.

  15. I need source to implement a references/bibliography handling package, it
  16. would be an added bonus if the file format it uses is compatible with that
  17. of refer etc.
