- It's my understanding that there is are undocumented, DEC private, escape
- sequences which allow a host to change the number of rows and columns in
- the terminal display.

- This sequence probably came about as a result of terminal emulators which,
- given the graphic display devices they ran on, could support greater than
- normal terminal screen sizes.
