  13. I recently purchased two Ampex 230+ terminals for use with my
  14. little Unix box (running Linux). Unfortunately they came with no
  15. documentation at all. I have figured out how to set various
  16. parameters using the 'SET UP' key, so I can use them quite happily
  17. in Televideo 950 or Wyse 50 mode, but I don't know how to set the
  18. system to save my settings when turned off. If anybody else out there
  19. knows about these terminals could they please mail me some info?

  21. I'll post a summary if anybody else wants to know, as well.

  23. Also, if anybody has a unix termcap entry for these terminals I would
  24. be grateful if they could possibly mail the entry to me. Though the
  25. Wyse and Telideo modes work OK, I am sure I am not getting the best
  26. out of the system, and running these terminals in Ampex 230+ mode
  27. might do the trick.
