- I have anold Perkin-Elmer 550 that I recently dusted off, intending
- to replacce an ailing VT101 I currently use. Although there is an
- entry for it in my termcap file, it is not without it's problems;
- so does anyone out there have such a termcap entry that works
- properly?
-
- And on a related note, can termcap entry, in general, deal with terminals such
- as the PE550 that do not perform a newline operation when the right
- margin is exceed? It is mightily unreadable when those characters
- stack up at the edge of the screen.
-
- Thanks!
