  31. Actually I didn't pay attention to that part because I know the USA will
  32. make sure that its laws (both written and in the works) prevent its profitable
  33. sale in the US. I'm not unhappy about that, BTW. In fact I rather like it, but
  34. its the primary consideration when talking about a Japanese supercomputer.
