  12. I've been experiencing a strange problem for a long time now but never
  13. did both me enough to ask until now. I have 2 ways to signon to our Sun
  14. in my office, via the console or via my PC using CUTCP's telnet. I find
  15. that sometimes, if I signon using my PC's telnet after I log off the
  16. Sun, it keeps my console windows' dimensions (hence many columns and rows)
  17. and I'll have to 'stty rows 24; stty columns 80' to set things back. But
  18. most of the time, this doesn't happen. I would signon using my CUTCP's
  19. telnet in vt100 mode just fine, even after using the console for Sunview
  20. or Openwindows. But sometimes, it just keeps my window dimensions and
  21. things goes off my screen on the PC when I do a 'more' because it thinks
  22. I have a lot more rows and columns than I acutally do. I can't find a
  23. pattern to this and I don't know where to look. We are using SunOS 4.1.1
  24. on a Sparc 4/260. Any ideas? Thanks.
