- It seems that the only way to get rid of this error is to totally reconnect
- the original cable - it will not accept any other condition. When I try to
- hook the drive up it says either "SCSI Bus continuously busy" (or something
- like that) or the above message (which somehow got chopped).

- At any rate, it will not recognize the drive and is NOT happy to have its
- cable messed with. The drive is a Maxtor 213 meg... Any ideas?

- (with the original cable reconnected it says scsi:timeout and scsi: no such controller on SCSI bus which is pretty much what I'd expect.
