- I am searching for a software package that will provide "help desk"
- service. This would provide a graphical customer interface (preferably
- both X based and Mac based. If it didn't have a Mac interface, it would
- need to have an ASCII one.). An RS6000 version would be a big plus.
- This software would allow users to submit problems, get answers
- back from the help desk, see where their problem is in the queue,
- allow them to peruse a database to view other problems
- submitted and solved, and to allow reports to be generated. I'll
- sumarize if there's any interest, and thanks in advance!
