  16. It's running fine on most of our machines too, but one possible reason
  17. not to run it is crash diagnosis - if your screen is blank when the machine
  18. wedges, it's hard to see what happened.

  20. Our servers don't run screenblank for that reason.  My personal machine doesn't
  21. run it either, since I like to watch the visual wallpaper generated by
  22. xlocktool without having screenblank blank it :-).

  24. If the professors stay logged in for days, xlocktool will start up xlock
  25. after an idle time (no menu action required).  If they log out at
  26. night but don't power down the monitor, they'll need screenblank.
