  12. Has anyone noticed that 4ddn on irix 4.0.4 advertises itself as a system type
  13. DEC.  When using "network copy" from a macintosh a users reports that he
  14. can list and select files on our 4d/240D but the copy fails.  He also notices
  15. that 4ddn is saying it is a system type "DEC" but a microvax says it is "VMS"
  16. and an ultrix says it is type "UNIX".  I presume that "netcopy" gets somewhat
  17. confused about the directory stucture as it comes back with a VMS type 
  18. directory name that it cannot find.  This problem occurred when we moved up
  19. to 4.0.4 from 4.0.1 which we did because there were "no changes to 4ddn" in 
  20. the release notes.
