- In terms of upgrades, the SS10 looks interesting. The cpu and cache chips
- are on plug in boards. The ideal for upgrades is to throw away as little
- as possible, and to *buy* only what's needed (so we dont spend much money :-)).
- For example, my 4D85 has fast enough graphics for our needs, but a cpu upgrade
- (even if it was offered) would require at least, I imagine, a new cpu board.
- It may be possible to design machines now that would
- be more economical to upgrade.
