  11. I run a public access machine and am planning on putting an Indigo
  12. in its place.  Due to the fact that most anyone can get access
  13. to this machine, I NEED shadow passwords.
  14. In the past users have cracked passwords and tried to hack my machine.
  15. The best defence is to make it hard for them to get untracable access.
  16. Shodow passwords is a BIG part in this.
  17. I am amazed that IRIX does not have this option.
  18. Has anyone got any suggestion on what I should do?

  20. If IRIX is suppose to be SVR4 by the end of the year does this mean
  21. it will have C2 security?  I am sure SVR4 has that.
