  32. I know the folks working on it are aware of those complaints, but
  33. I haven't used the alpha copies (and never saw InfoExplorer), so I
  34. don't know how well they have done.

  36. I agree with the part about the system being down, that is why
  37. some manuals should always be available in hard copy.  I think the
  38. CD manual product is mostly aimed at multiple system sites though,
  39. so hopefully at least one of your systems (and CD's!) will be
  40. working...
