  12. I am having a problem running an application which used to work fine on a
  13. Crimson with GR2-Elan graphics.

  15. One of the things that happens (sometimes... the rest of the time I get
  16. horrible flashing stuff when trying to draw in the overlay planes) is the
  17. window manager (and graphics subsystem?) crashes.  I get these messages
  18. in the SYSLOG:

  27. Can anybody suggest what I might be doing that is now not allowed?  Or is this
  28. a bug in the Elan graphics?

  33. P.S.  I don't want to put a call into the TAC until I've put a reasonable
  34.       ammount of effort into it myself... so I don't end up being too much
  35.       of a pest!
