  18. It looks like you have something in your startup sequence that puts the
  19. 95 into a "light sleep" mode.  That is a go-slow power saving mode that
  20. the system changes to when it thinks the CPU might be spinning in loop
  21. waiting for input.  It only slows down the machine when running from
  22. batteries.

  24. Try commenting out things from you config.sys until you find the culprit.
