  32. there's a couple of ways to add a print queue to a printer in 2.2 (core).  
  33. One is to do something like "P 0 ADD PRINTQ0" at the server console, and the
  34. othe is to do something like "SPOOL 0 PRINTQ0".  If you do a spool of printer
  35. 0, it will set that up as the default queue.  If you do a P # add 
  36. queue_name, you will get the above mentioned message when you don't 
  37. specify a queue in your capture.  This also works in 3.11 (the spool 
  38. command, that is).
