  17. I have a good uucp connection, but I get alarm signals which seem to mean 
  18. there is a bad phone line, and failed conversation. The line could be better,
  19. but I have no trouble with it with other telecommunications. I cannot send or
  20. receive mail. Is this a problem with sendmail, or what?
