- /usr/lib/uucp/uucico -r1 -x9 -s<name>
- I get an assert message to the effect that I have a dead LCK, or that uucp
- cannot create a LCK file, or that it cannot access a LCK file. Now, I believe
- I deleted a LCK file some weeks ago to free the line, but I don't understand
- why I have this error now. Isn't the LCK file created by uucp? Please explain!
- I'm totally new to UUCP (and it seems I will be for some months at this rate - :-(
-
- Thanks
