  15. If I scan something, it usually turns out to be a 1042x1130 picture, or 
  16. something ungodly like that.  How can I scale it down, KEEPING THE ASPECT
  17. RATIO, to something that is smaller?  And no, I didn't pirate it.  I use
  18. the NeXTs at the university, and I can't find the manuals for it.
