  16. Many people simply suggested uncompressing or
  17. uncompressing and untar-ing the two files.
  18.  
  19. I had already uncompressed the files and they
  20. were not tarred.  But, they appeared as text files
  21. in the viewer.

  23. I have not tried it yet but the correct solution
  24. appears to be simply changing the permissions
  25. on the file to allow it to be executed.  This can
  26. be done in the inspector or with chmod on the command
  27. line.
